Once the Start-up Promotion Cell completes due diligence, up to 20 approved startups a year receive 25% of the round they raised, capped at ₹25 lakh, paid out within 60 days of approval. Only spending made after the 2017 policy took effect, and paid digitally, counts toward the claim, and founders can apply online through the Goa Startup Mission portal at any point in the financial year.
