Facilitating cooperation among energy communities

Covers up to 95% of costs for projects that help renewable and citizen energy communities professionalise, federate, or move past solar-only projects.

Applicants must state which single scope they're applying under, and Scope A proposals need a financially viable model showing the second-level community can keep running after the project ends. Every proposal needs at least 3 beneficiary organisations (not affiliated entities) from 3 different eligible countries, and the Commission suggests EU contributions of up to EUR 1.75 million though other
