Covers up to 95% of costs for projects that standardise clean-energy tech for a specific industry or set up energy-sharing between neighbouring factories and ports.

Applicants must state which single scope they're applying under, and both scopes are encouraged to connect with financial players and the European Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition's national hubs to validate their approach.
