Tourism Product Development Programme (Tūrisma produktu attīstības programma)

Provides ERAF grants for Latvian small and enterprises cooperation networks to develop high-added-value products .

Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūra and Centrālā finanšu un līgumu aģentūra co-administer the Tourism Product Development Programme, a multi-year ERAF-backed route for Latvian SMEs that are working together in tourism networks. The programme exists to help micro, small, and medium enterprises build new tourism products and services with higher added value, and its total envelope is €498,769. The funding is a grant and the geography is Latvia. Applicants must be organised as members of cooperation networks, either geographic or regional networks or thematic networks spread across Latvia, and the programme is limited to business tourism, health tourism, culture and creative-industries tourism, and nature tourism. Implementation runs from the fourth quarter of 2023 through 31 December 2029, and the current cycle is rolling rather than tied to a single call. The strongest applications are likely to come from groups that already operate as a network and can show why the product is stronger collectively than it would be as a stand-alone offer. Because the programme is small and long-dated, the value is in a focused tourism concept with cross-regional reach, clear visitor appeal, and a practical route to launch within the implementation window.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
