Participants register on the Crowdicity challenge platform and complete a mandatory HHS eligibility form, then submit a story, idea, or a CURE ID case report before the deadline. Submissions that include a CURE ID case report are eligible for the Grand, First, Second, Third Place, or Impact prizes, sharing a total prize pool of $250,000, sponsored by HHS and the LymeX Innovation Accelerator.
