Bourse PASS is the PhD Associate Scholarship run by CNRST with MESRSI. It is the third call in the series and awards doctoral scholarships to monitor students who combine thesis work with teaching duties, with a further stream of support set aside for digital-field doctoral candidates. The 2025-2026 edition provides 1,200 scholarships, including 200 cofinanced awards from the ministry responsible for digital transition and administration reform. Applications are submitted through the e-bourse portal, and the final deadline was extended to 11 December 2025 at 16:00. The program accepts individual doctoral applicants and uses French and Arabic documentation. Its national scale makes it one of CNRST’s larger recurring doctoral support routes. This is a strong fit for doctoral researchers already working in a thesis-plus-teaching track. The value of the program is its steady doctoral support, not a one-off project grant, so applicants are best served when their doctoral registration, teaching role, and supervisor relationship are already in place.
