CNRST administers Morocco's national competitive research grants, doctoral scholarships, bilateral collaboration programs, and diaspora scientist initiatives. It operates under MESRSI (Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur, de la Recherche Scientifique et de l'Innovation).
