PHC Maghreb — Hubert Curien Partnership Morocco–Tunisia–France (Partenariat Hubert Curien Maroc–Tunisie–France)
Funds trilateral France Morocco Tunisia mobility for doctoral researchers and shared projects.
PHC Maghreb is the CNRST-led Maghreb mobility call linking Morocco, Tunisia, and France. It supports doctoral researcher and supervisor mobility inside three-year projects and gives the program a regional role under the broader CNRST research cooperation portfolio. The 2027 edition was framed around a Mediterranean agenda that spans climate change, water sciences, digital transition, public health, and related social and economic themes. Applications go through Campus France on the French side, with signed copies sent to CNRST. The 2027 deadline was 28 February 2026 by email and 6 March 2026 for the signed paper file, and the call excludes teams already engaged in another active PHC such as Tassili, Toubkal, Utique, or Maghreb. This is a strong route for teams that already have a three-country academic structure and a concrete thesis or mobility plan. The program rewards regional projects that can hold together over three years and that fit the call’s thematic frame, especially when the Moroccan, Tunisian, and French partners are already working at a similar pace.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
