PACT'RESTRUCTURATION

PACT'RESTRUCTURATION sits under Agence Nationale pour la Promotion de la PME (Maroc PME) as the turnaround route in the PACTE TPME suite. It is meant for Moroccan TPMEs that are under strain but still economically viable, especially where the company has significant employment risk and is tied to strategic value chains. The grant co-finances 90 percent of the cost of designing and deploying a restructuring plan, with support capped at MAD 2.4 million. Intake is rolling, and the route combines formalization of the plan with supervised deployment, which makes it more operational than a one-off advisory grant. The same baseline applies: Moroccan TPMEs with annual turnover up to MAD 200 million. The program is strongest when the company can show the problem clearly, the recovery path credibly, and the employment case materially. Applicants that can document commercial viability, a serious operational gap, and a realistic plan for strategic repositioning or financial restructuring are the best fit.
