Maroc PME is Morocco's national agency for SME promotion, created in 2002 and operating under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. It supports TPMEs with advice, technical assistance, and targeted investment help designed to strengthen competitiveness and growth.

Its current core offer is the PACTE TPME framework, built around eight devices covering performance, quality certification, decarbonization and water, scale-up, restructuring, transmission, management, and organization. Sector routes such as PME Supply Chain, Power Export, Go Siyaha, We-Fi e-Commerce, SALAMA PME, and INMAA extend that base. The agency works with companies whose annual turnover stays at or below 200 MDH, and PACT'Performance can cover 80% of advisory and technical-expert costs up to 1 MDH per beneficiary.

Maroc PME is an operational support agency rather than a research funder. It is best suited to Moroccan companies that need structured help to improve productivity, certification readiness, growth, or sector positioning, with applications handled through dedicated online portals for the core and sectoral tracks.
