PACT'TRANSMISSION (Business Transfer)

Supports succession planning so Moroccan business owners transfer firms while preserving activity.

PACT'TRANSMISSION sits under Agence Nationale pour la Promotion de la PME (Maroc PME) as the succession route in the PACTE TPME suite. It helps Moroccan TPME owners transfer businesses in an orderly way while preserving activity, employment, and organizational knowledge through the ownership change. The grant co-finances 90 percent of eligible costs, capped at MAD 1 million. Support can cover diagnosis, legal and fiscal guidance, human-capital and governance work, specialist expert intervention, and links with public-private partnerships. Intake is rolling, and the same Morocco-based TPME eligibility frame applies, with annual turnover up to MAD 200 million. This route is designed for owners planning a structured transition rather than a rushed exit. It is particularly useful where family succession, leadership change, or a negotiated sale has to be managed without interrupting operations. The best cases will show that the succession plan protects continuity, aligns the stakeholders involved, and gives the enterprise a credible path through the transfer without losing operating momentum.
