Tu Primer Crédito is Nacional Financiera's first-time SME borrowing route in Mexico, aimed at firms that have no prior SME credit history on the bureau. It is a rolling loan product, not a grant, and it is designed to open the door to formal credit for businesses that have not yet built a borrowing record. The program offers loans up to MXN 5,000,000 for as long as 60 months at a fixed annual rate of up to 14.50 percent. The record also notes that no mortgage is required up to MXN 2 million, which makes the collateral package lighter than a standard secured loan. The strongest applicants are operating companies with at least a year in business, enough discipline to pass bureau validation, and a clean record free of prior SME credit. It is a practical bridge for firms that are ready for larger formal financing but have not yet established the credit history lenders usually want.
