Jaguh Serantau (Regional Champions Programme) provides risk-based Islamic financing with a profit-rate subsidy, up to RM20 million per company, to support Bumiputera SMEs with high potential for cross-border regional expansion. Programme allocation: RM165 million. This is primarily a financial instrument (Islamic loan with subsidised profit rate).
