SME Bank SUCCESS is an Islamic financing programme launched in January 2026 targeting Malaysian Chinese MSMEs. Profit rates from 3.5% per annum. The initial RM50M pool was fully utilised within weeks of launch. This is a financial instrument (Islamic loan), not a cash grant.
