TKI-toeslag (Top Sector Innovation Co-Funding)

TKI-toeslag provides a public co-funding top-up on private R&D investments channelled through the nine Dutch Top Sector Knowledge and Innovation programmes. EZK is the policy owner; RVO administers. Participating companies and knowledge institutes apply jointly. The scheme incentivises public–private R&D consortia aligned with the Netherlands' strategic innovation priorities.
