DRIVE Technical Assistance provides grants to support the project development phase of emerging-market infrastructure projects. Eligible activities include feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), preliminary technical designs, tender documents, and technical assistance during project development. It complements the main DRIVE implementation grant and Develop2Build, allowing project developers to prepare bankable infrastructure proposals before seeking larger financing.
