Pre-investment Support is Invest International's preparation-stage grant for Dutch SMEs and start-ups planning investments in DGGF-eligible countries. The programme sits in the 71-country DGGF universe and is explicitly positioned as a bridge toward larger DGGF debt financing, helping applicants de-risk international expansion plans. It is a rolling process for for-profit Dutch entities only. Nonprofits, universities, research organizations, and individuals are not in the stated applicant set.
