Quality Funds (Kwaliteitsgelden)
Funds quality-improvement support for Dutch professional health associations and care standards.
Kwaliteitsgelden are annual invitation-only grants administered by ZonMw to specific Dutch professional associations for quality-improvement work in their fields. The 2026 programme covers four designated bodies: KNOV (Royal Dutch Organisation of Midwives), V&VN (Nurses & Carers Netherlands), Akwa GGZ (mental healthcare quality institute), and SKMS 2 (medical specialist quality care). All four 2026 rounds carry the same deadline (31 December 2026) and require an invitation — unsolicited applications are not accepted. This is a ring-fenced instrument for established healthcare professional organisations, not open to researchers or universities.
