NWA Reducing Drug Harm: Toward Effective Social Interventions (NWA Drugsschade terugdringen: naar effectieve maatschappelijke interventies)
Funds Dutch programs reducing drug-related harm through social and public health interventions.
This programme, commissioned under the Dutch National Research Agenda (NWA), investigates the mechanisms underlying drug-related harm — encompassing health, economic, safety and living-environment impacts — and funds development of effective policy interventions. The programme runs as a two-phase call: Phase 1 invites pre-proposals (pre-aanmeldingen); selected consortia advance to Phase 2 for full proposals. Consortia must include a main applicant, one or more co-applicants, and cooperation partners from research or societal organisations. The main applicant must participate in all synergy workshops during Phase 2. Maximum project duration is five years; budgets may cover personnel, materials, investments, and knowledge-utilisation activities.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
