Pre-seed Fund Investment
Backs independent Norwegian pre-seed fund managers deploying capital to early-stage portfolio companies.
Investinor commits LP capital to independent Norwegian pre-seed fund managers, investing NOK 10–50 million per fund. Target fund raise is NOK 30–150 million, with Investinor capped at 49% ownership of any fund. Fund managers then deploy NOK 1–6 million per portfolio company at the pre-seed stage. Terms are pari passu with private co-investors. This program targets fund managers (GPs), not startups directly.
