DOST-PCAARRD Agriculture & Natural Resources R&D GIA

DOST-PCAARRD administers competitive R&D Grants-in-Aid for the agriculture, aquatic, and natural resources (AANR) sector. Calls are timed to the central DOST GIA cycle (concept stage in March, full proposals in May via DPMIS), targeting CY funding two years ahead. Priority areas align to HNRDA AANR themes. PCAAARD additionally runs the Startup Grant Fund (SGF) for AANR-sector startups and the LIPaD program for technology diffusion. The council directly disburses grants to HEIs, RDIs, and eligible startups.
