PFR CVC
Supports Corporate venture capital fund-of-funds enabling corporations to co-invest with PFR in Polish tech.
PFR CVC is an equity fund-of-funds for Corporate Venture Capital structures. The total program budget is PLN 620 million (PFR: PLN 370 million + corporate contributions: PLN 250 million). PFR commits up to PLN 110 million per fund (max 60% of fund capitalization). The program targets independent CVC funds that include corporate participation from companies of any size whose investment strategy aligns with the corporate's development areas. Strategies include VC and buy-outs (buy-outs only for follow-on). Investment period is 4 years with a possible 1-year extension.
