Supports Growth-stage fund-of-funds providing smart money for Polish expansion-stage companies via venture finance managers.
PFR KOFFI is a growth and expansion-stage equity fund-of-funds. PFR commits PLN 4–80 million per fund (up to 60% of fund capitalization); private investors must contribute at least 40%, with a maximum 1.5x profit asymmetry. Fund managers must bring significant know-how and smart-money capabilities. Capital must be fully deployed by end of 2030.
