Supports Tech and science innovation fund-of-funds including defense dual-use and deep-tech focused venture finance funds.
PFR Otwarte Innowacje (Open Innovation) is an equity fund-of-funds targeting technology, R&D, advanced defense, and dual-use sectors. PFR commits PLN 45–80 million per fund. Two structural models exist: standard (max 60% of fund capitalization) and co-investment (max 97% of fund capitalization). Minimum fund size is PLN 75 million (standard) or PLN 46 million (co-invest). Portfolio company ticket sizes start at PLN 5 million per investment. Up to 40% of a fund's portfolio can be in foreign-registered companies supported by Polish founders.
