Applicants submit a Standard PPPA Application Form through the Portal by the single-stage deadline; the Commission expects to fund two grants from an indicative EUR 20 million budget, each receiving between EUR 7 million and EUR 20 million. Funded work must build on technology already at Technology Readiness Level 5 or above and target production scenarios around 1,000 units per month at scale.
