Qatar-Spain Innovation Program (QASIP)
Administers Qatar-Spain Innovation Program to support bilateral qrdi cdti program funding joint between qatar spain-based companies.
QASIP is a bilateral program between QRDI Council and Spain's Centre for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI), funding joint R&D between Qatari and Spanish companies. Both parties must be independent and registered in their respective countries. Projects run 1–3 years. Priority areas include smart cities, health, resource sustainability, and digital technology. The Qatari side covers manpower-heavy budgets (70–90% EOM) and limited CAPEX.
