Tamheer provides Saudi graduates with paid on-the-job training placements in private sector organisations. HRDF pays a SAR 3,000 monthly stipend directly to the trainee for 3–6 months while the host institution provides the practical training environment. Applicants must be Saudi nationals, unemployed, under 30 years old, hold at least a diploma or bachelor's degree, and have no more than one year of prior work experience. Applications go through the HRDF e-Services portal using a unified national login. This is a workforce-entry subsidy, not a research or innovation grant.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
