Wusool Transportation Support is HRDF's commute subsidy for employed Saudi nationals. It is an individual support program under the Human Resources Development Fund, aimed at reducing the cost of getting to work rather than funding a business or project. The program covers 80 percent of transportation costs for up to 24 months. Support is capped at SAR 1,100 per month for workers earning under SAR 6,000 and SAR 800 per month for those earning SAR 6,001 to 8,000, with the beneficiary paying the remaining 20 percent of each trip. Registration runs through the HRDF e-services portal, activation takes up to 24 hours, and the service integrates with Uber and Careem. The program renews automatically at the start of each Gregorian month. It is best suited to Saudi workers whose commute cost is predictable and whose pay falls inside the income bands. The practical success factors are straightforward: meet the salary threshold, register cleanly, and keep the transport arrangement within the covered limits. Special eligibility rules also apply for women and for persons with disabilities, so applicants should check those conditions before relying on the subsidy.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
