Tomoh Program
Supports Saudi high-growth enterprises through integrated market readiness and investor connection services.
Tomoh is Monsha'at's flagship program for rapidly growing Saudi SMEs. It provides an integrated system of services, connections to public and private sector support entities, and a structured pathway toward listing on the Nomu parallel stock market. As of April 2026, over 3,250 establishments are registered in Tomoh, with combined revenues exceeding SR 40 billion. The program is not a direct cash grant but rather a structured support and acceleration framework. It connects enterprises with service providers, investor networks, and government resources. Forty companies have progressed to listing on the Nomu parallel market. The program focuses on high-growth sectors including fintech, e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing.
