Energy Communities and Energy Sharing
Funds organisations in Sweden studying how energy communities can produce, store and share energy through Swedish Energy Agency feasibility-study grants.
Energy Communities and Energy Sharing is a research and innovation theme run by the Swedish Energy Agency (Energimyndigheten) that studies how groups of households, businesses and other actors can produce, store, share and trade energy together in Sweden. Calls under this theme fund feasibility studies, investigative studies and syntheses covering physical and virtual energy sharing, the actors and roles involved, organisation, and the economics and business models that make sharing work. The theme draws its money from the Agency's standing research programmes for the future electricity system, resource-efficient buildings and heating.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
