Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak
Runs Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak, cross-border EU programme for innovation and green transition across southern Scandinavia.
Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak is a cross-border EU programme connecting 11 regions across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway with a total budget of EUR 140 million (2021–2027). Swedish regions participating are Skåne, Halland, and Västra Götaland. Projects must involve collaboration with at least one organisation in a neighbouring country. Four priority axes: innovation and entrepreneurship; green transition; transport and mobility; and a borderless labour market. EU co-financing covers up to 60% of project costs for Swedish and Danish partners, and up to 50% for Norwegian partners.
