Network Grant — Research Collaboration China–Sweden
Funds international Swedish and Chinese network research in lifespan health collaboration.
A bilateral collaboration grant between VR and its Chinese counterpart supporting internationalisation and mobility in the Lifespan Health Management research theme — focusing on chronic diseases, aging, and multimorbidity. The Swedish team receives 250,000 SEK/year; the Chinese team receives 175,000 CNY/year through Chinese channels. Projects run 2 years starting January 2027. Collaboration requirements include at least one in-person workshop (minimum 2 days) and reciprocal visits (minimum 1 week each direction). The Swedish applicant holds the doctoral degree requirement; a Chinese collaborator from a research institution in China is mandatory.
