The Singapore–Horizon Europe Complementary Fund (SG-HE) supports research or activities conducted in Singapore by researchers from eligible Singapore entities who are participating in EU Horizon Europe projects in priority areas for Singapore. NRF co-funds the Singapore-side costs of qualifying Horizon Europe consortia. A call for applications was expected to be available on the Research Grant Portal (RGP) in April 2026.
