SPP Produktivne Naložbe 2025–2028 co-finances investments in tangible and intangible assets that create new jobs and diversify the economy of Slovenia's coal-mining transition regions — the Zasavska coal region (Trbovlje, Hrastnik, Zagorje) and Savinjsko-Šaleška region (Velenje). Minimum eligible investment is EUR 2M. Funded from the EU Just Transition Fund (JTF) with national co-financing. The original call was cancelled per SPIRIT announcement sporocilo/905 and is being revised; a 2026+ relaunch is expected given the JTF commitment runs to 2028.
