European Prize for Humanitarian Innovation (InnovAid)
Awarded EUR 250,000 to the humanitarian organisation, social enterprise or company with the most effective technology for delivering aid to vulnerable people.
About
The 2023 edition, called InnovAid, gave a winner EUR 250,000 and two runners-up EUR 150,000 and EUR 100,000, chosen by the European Commission after a call that opened in March 2023 and closed that October. It followed the EIC Horizon Prize on Affordable High-Tech for Humanitarian Aid, an earlier Horizon 2020 prize that paid five EUR 1 million awards in 2020.
