Entrepreneur Support Program (Girişimci Destek Programı)

KOSGEB’s Entrepreneur Support Program is the agency’s early-stage route for newly formed Turkish businesses. It is built in two tiers: a startup track for very young firms and a development track for businesses that have moved past launch but still need capital and structured support. Startup support offers 10,000 TRY for an individual business and 20,000 TRY for a company, both non-repayable. Business Development Support reaches up to 1,500,000 TRY and is 80% repayable, with a separate interest or profit support limit of 1,000,000 TRY at 50% non-repayable. The wider program runs for 36 months, requires active registration in the KOSGEB system, and is open to firms aged 0 to 3 years in manufacturing, telecommunications, IT programming, IT infrastructure, or R&D. Additional support of 10,000 to 150,000 TRY is available for young, female, disabled, or veteran entrepreneurs. The program fits founders who have already crossed the idea stage and can show a real business structure, operating history, and sector fit. Applications move through the e-government portal, and the development tier goes through document review before committee and jury evaluation, so the strongest files are clear, current, and operationally credible.
