Global Competitiveness Support Program (KRDP)

Provides Credit-plus-grant facility for fast-growing Turkish exporters and high-tech mid-caps.

KOSGEB’s Global Competitiveness Support Program, known as KRDP, is a concessional credit route for fast-growing Turkish exporters and high-tech mid-cap companies. It sits inside the agency’s industrial financing toolkit rather than its straight grant line, and it is designed for firms that already have scale and export momentum. The program offers credit facilities of 20,000,000 to 50,000,000 TRY through partner state banks. Projects run for 24 months, with repayment terms that can extend to 36 months, and eligible spending includes personnel, machinery, software, services, and working capital. The eligibility screen is narrow: the company must be a limited or joint-stock company, sole proprietors are excluded, and the applicant must meet one of KOSGEB’s growth profiles, including three-year export growth, three-year R&D spending growth, or Turcorn 100 membership. KRDP is best suited to firms that already look financeable to a bank and can use public support to accelerate expansion rather than start it. The route matters most when export performance, product depth, and working-capital discipline are already in place, because the program is built around commercial scale, not early experimentation.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
