TTGV Technology Development Loans
Supports historic TTGV Technology Development Loans as legacy concessionary finance for private Turkish firms pursuing long-horizon technology projects.
TTGV Technology Development Loans sat under TTGV, the Technology Development Foundation of Türkiye, which was established in 1991 to strengthen private-sector technology development. The loan route was a Turkish program with a TRY 1 million to TRY 15 million range and a rolling application pattern, and it has now been wound down. The historical product was a concessional soft-loan line for companies registered and operating in Turkey, with individuals, universities, and research organizations excluded. It was built for businesses that needed patient finance for technology development rather than open-ended grant support, and it is now marked as replaced by TTGV's Climate Pioneer portfolio. That shift matters because TTGV's public focus has moved toward climate technologies, with active work now centered on Flux, React, Climate Pioneer, Climate Lab, Eco-Production Transformation, and Target Oriented Project. The old loan line is still relevant as a reference point for TTGV's financing style, but it is no longer the current application route.
