1501 is TÜBİTAK's principal grant for industrial R&D projects carried out by companies operating in Turkey — both large firms and SMEs. Applications are submitted on a rolling basis through the e-TEYDEB electronic system administered by the TEYDEB directorate. The program covers personnel, equipment, materials, and overhead costs associated with R&D and innovation activities.
