1505 supports R&D projects conducted collaboratively between a Turkish company (industry partner) and a Turkish university or public research institution. The co-financing model requires that the industrial partner funds a portion of the project, with TÜBİTAK contributing the grant component. This is TÜBİTAK's flagship instrument for bridging academic expertise with commercial R&D needs. The program is administered by TEYDEB via the e-TEYDEB system. Award amounts are denominated in Turkish Lira and are published per call on the Turkish portal.
