Supports service sector innovation in Taiwan through alliance based grants for modern commerce and logistics.
SIIR is MOEA's R&D grant programme targeting the service industry. Individual applicants can receive up to NT$3M; alliance applicants up to NT$10M. The programme is restricted to specific service-sector industries: retail, logistics, food and beverage, advertising, and e-commerce. Operated by SMESA and administered through CPC (China Productivity Center).
