This is a two-stage commissioned call: an outline application first, then a full application if shortlisted, reviewed by the PHR funding committee against evidence of need, methodology and public involvement. Unlike some HTA calls, this one gives applicants nine months between outline opening and the outline deadline, plus a briefing webinar in October 2026 ahead of submission.
