Advanced Industries Export Grant

Funds Colorado firms developing international business channels through travel and market development reimbursement.

The Advanced Industries Export Grant sits inside Colorado's Advanced Industries Accelerator Program under the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, through the Global Business Development division. It is one of the state's export-facing tools for firms working in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, bioscience, electronics, energy and natural resources, infrastructure engineering, or technology and information. The grant reimburses up to 50% of approved international business development and marketing costs, with a maximum award of $15,000. It is open to small and medium businesses that export or are preparing to export from Colorado, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis. This program fits companies that already have a concrete export need rather than an abstract growth plan. The strongest applicants can point to specific market-entry costs, a clear international target, and a business line that falls within Colorado's advanced industries portfolio. Firms with a documented spending plan and a defined overseas market usually fit the grant's reimbursement model best.
