LRBAA 24-01 is DHS S&T's rolling research solicitation, open through May 31, 2029, covering 9 topic areas across counter-terrorism, border security, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure. Funding instruments include contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and OTAs. Awards are estimated at $500K–$5M per award, with multiple awards anticipated.
