The J&J Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenges is a recurring series open to the world's nurses. Each themed cycle invites nurses to submit ideas for devices, health technologies, protocols, or treatment approaches. Standard award is up to $100,000 in grant funding plus mentorship and JLABS ecosystem access. Past cycles have covered healthcare transformation through nurse-led tech, maternal and newborn health, oncology, and veterans' health. The series runs in partnership with the American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA) and American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL). Between cycles at fetch time — a sign-up form on the program page notifies interested applicants of next cycle launch.
