Johnson & Johnson QuickFire Challenges
Offers themed global challenges for life and health technology innovators with scalable prize opportunities.
QuickFire Challenges are Johnson & Johnson Innovation's open-competition cash prize program — 3 to 6 themed challenges per year, each targeting a specific disease area, technology domain, or geography. Awards are 'no-strings-attached': J&J does not take IP or equity. Winners receive cash plus mentorship and, in many cycles, JLABS residency or membership. Each themed cycle runs for roughly 3–6 months from launch to award announcement. The umbrella spans disease-area challenges (oncology, neuroscience, surgery), geography-linked tracks (Korea, Singapore, Japan), vertical partnerships (Blue Knight / BARDA), and professional-group series (Nurses Innovate). Application portal is jnjquickfire.secure-platform.com (SurveyMonkey Apply / SoGo platform).
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
