MTI offers small sponsorship grants of $1,000–$5,000 for Maine-based innovation events. Eligible events must serve at least one of three goals: marketing MTI programs and portfolio success; celebrating partner or program achievements; or providing educational or networking opportunities for entrepreneurs. The process is fast: submit an interest form, meet MTI leadership within 5–8 days, and receive a funding decision within 5–10 business days, followed by a sponsorship contract. Applicants must be Maine-based or have significant Maine presence.
