NYS Clean Heat Program
Supports heat pump rebates to replace fossil fuel heating in NY homes and small buildings.
About
NYS Clean Heat is a statewide rebate program co-administered by NYSERDA and seven NY investor-owned utilities. Rebates are available per ton/BTU for air-source heat pumps, ground-source heat pumps, and heat pump water heaters installed by qualified contractors.
Incentives stack with federal IRA tax credits (25C, 25D) and HEEHRA rebates.
