Supports Workforce training reimbursement tax credit employers recoup to credentialed employee for tech-focused training.
TechCred reimburses Ohio employers for the cost of training employees in technology-focused credentials. Employers submit applications in periodic rounds and receive a tax credit of up to $2,000 per completed credential, capped per company per round. The program is administered through techcred.ohio.gov and runs multiple application windows per year.
