Supports Negotiated cash grants for job creation and infrastructure improvements at PRIDCO-promoted projects in Puerto Rico.
PRIDCO has discretionary authority to provide direct cash grant assistance for job creation and infrastructure improvements on preferred promoted projects. Awards are negotiated bilaterally during the PRIDCO onboarding workflow (initial consultation → site visit → contract negotiation) and are not disbursed via a published call-for-applications. In documented incentive packages, PRIDCO discretionary grants have represented 30%+ of project capital expenditure; however, no public cap or formula is published. The program targets manufacturing, life sciences, aerospace, tech R&D, and other value-added industries establishing or expanding in Puerto Rico.
